Today on Beyond Beijing - May 5th - The World Bank; A wolf in sheep's clothing?

A critic of recent voting reform at the World Bank says the institution will continue to be overwhelmingly dominated by rich countries. Yet developing countries represent over 80 per cent of the world's population and Bank's membership. So the question begs, what was the point of the so-called reform?
